There is a lack in communication and service in my experience. Regarding details, they don’t match the service I have had in other cities. They vacuum out the car before it heads home and sometimes they wash it. That doesn’t happen here.

Takes too long to have something as simple as a 5000 mile...

Takes too long to have something as simple as a 5000 mile check up. We thought we needed oil changed etc. It was simply top off fluid rotating tires and we waited almost 2 hours even with an appointment.
