Needs significant improvement

I have driven to the dealership multiple times only to be told that they didn't have an appointment scheduled for me. I also had a poor experience with their Finance department, which tried to sell me on an extended warranty, which was supposedly selling at a discount (for a limited time). When I declined, they drastically reduced the price. Very sales-focused for a Finance department. I ultimately became so frustrated that I just financed through my bank. I have had good service at this dealership in the past, but it's hard to imagine my recent experiences being any worse.

Had our new Lexus for an issue. They did a very through look. Spent a good deal of time and kept us informed. Also fixed a gas leak that we had. We are very pleased with the service and especially the service consultant

Sales consultant Val Udermann was excellent to work with, professional, help full and concerned. Sales manager Stacy Kristsas the compete opposite, He is a total jerk, how he got to be in a management, I will never know.

I highly recommend Lexus of Wayzata both to purchase a car and for service. Chris Doyle in their service department is the best. Always willing to help, courteous, knowledgeable, explains everything so there are no surprises. I trust him. The service is fast and waiting room is more than comfortable. Could not be happier!
