It was a pleasure working with Joe Nathanson and Becky Stenson during the purchase of our Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Lexus LS500. All requirements were quickly and correctly accomplished during our visit to the Wayzata dealership. There was one area where I was not satisfied with and hopefully is being addressed by Lexus. That area is the wheels on the aitomobile. Clearly, to me, the spokes are delaminating, flaking off etc. on all four wheels. Pictures were takn and given to the service manager for action. Hopefully this issue will be quickly resolved. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the car and our experience with Lexus of Wayzata. We also have a 2019 Lexus RX 350. The dealership had next day appointments which I took. Upon arrival, they were quick to come to my vehicle and register me for service. This was the car's first maintenance and there was one tire sensor issue. Both were addressed in about one hour, and the car was returned completely fixed and washed. The attention from the service manager was great!
