My rating is based on their (lack of) COVID protocols, not on the service to my vehicle. Service Consultants were interacting with each other in the service bay with their masks down. When paying for my service, I was surprised I needed to hand my card to someone for processing. Over the last 11 months, the vast majority of retailers have adopted a contactless payment process. For those who have a contact-based process, the card is wiped upon return. When my car was delivered to me, my fob and steering wheel was touched and not sanitized. I expect better.

Good attention to detail. Friendly staff and pleasant, well kept cared for facility. They work hard at making sure their customers are happy. The service department is top notch. A very complimentary waiting area complete with beverages, snacks, cozy seating, television and WiFi. The service garage and staff are excellent.

Performed service I brought car in for; multi-point inspection identified other recommended maintenance work, Detailed information and cost break-down for each item provided. Absolutely no pressure exerted to have additional work done on the same service visit. All handled very professionally.

Bob H is a 5 star car salesman! He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and was able to answer all of our questions. He listened to what we were looking for and stayed within our budget. He is genuine.

It is difficult to judge dealerships as potential buyers are always looking for the same thing. In our case, my husband was unable to go to the dealership because he is handicapped. But numerous Morries dealers have been in business around our area for many years. Not only do they sell a top rated product (Lexus, in this case), but they picked an excellent salesman to be their representative, Bob Horowitz. Bob willingly made several trips between the dealership and our home so we could make the right choice on color and wheel design and had the proper paperwork. And all in one of the coldest Minnesota winters in history! He never showed impatience, was well spoken and polite and very easy to communicate with. He is indeed an asset to Morries Lexus of Wayzata.

Had a great experience with the sales team(Cal). He followed through on all the issues, and there were some. At the end of the day the dealership stepped up to the plate and did the right thing and made the entire experience very positive, I would purchase another vehicle at this dealership.
