Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He brought my old car back to me on a Sunday when I could not get there on Sat for the paperwork. I needed the child car seats Monday morning! He also delivered my new car to me wonce all of the extras were complete. Could have been happier with his professionalism, personality and knowledge. This is my 3rd purchase from thisn dealership and will contiinue to come back.

Purchased a 2017 used ES 350 from Lexus of Wayzata. John”Mac MacEachern my salesperson was very pleasant, not pushy extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor.Eric the ‘tech’guy was super also. Everyone there was soooo pleasant. Highly recommend Mac and the dealership!!!!!
