Great experience!

My hubbie and I were looking for a truck, James at Hubcity was amazing! He took his time showing us our options and made us feel like he'd known us for ever. We bought a truck from him and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Excellent transaction

This sale was the way car sales are supposed to be made. There was no back talk or hidden fees and we got the deal done very quickly.

Great buying experience

I found the truck I wanted and worked with Mark Seal to make the deal. They weren't able to get quite to the price I wanted but they were close. They were able to get me a better interest rate than I got from my bank (where nobody has ever been able to do) which got me right where I wanted to be over the course of the loan. I highly recommend Hub City Ford and specifically Mark Seal.

Mark Seal was very honest and nice.

I had a certain type of vehicle I wanted to buy my wife. We found one on the lot here and it was way over my price range. Marl asked what my payment needed to be and I told him. He was actually able to get me a better intrest rate than my own bank gave me. And he came off the price enough to make it work for my family.

False Gift Card Scam

I got a mailer and it stated that I had won an Ipad Air. Well I guess the ad piece was very loose in its presentation and I was told that my matching number did not correspond directly to the Ipad but the $300 gift card. I guess the fact that my matching number was directly under the Ipad is just direct and intentional deception in my opinion. But to make matters worse the $300 gift card was about as bogus as you can get. The items are overpriced and why do I have to come out of pocket to use something I "won". I am a die hard Ford fan since I was a kid but rest assured this is the second time I have been scammed by Hub City and the last time I will step foot on their property. The first time involved some shady pricing regarding service to one of my vehicles but since that Service Writer lost their job shortly there after I did not hold that against Hub City...until now.

If your in the market for a mode of transportation, than you need to call Mark Seal. Mark goes way above and beyond for a sales man. Mark works tirelessly to help you find what you need. Awesome

Came in for a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer and got it the same day. They didn't have the exact package that I wanted but they had a better one with a higher price. What they did for me was sell me the one they had for the price that I would of paid for the package that I wanted. The whole process was quick and painless. Good customer service. If you go in, ask for mark. He was very helpful and friendly.

Timely Repair

My truck broke down on the interstate near Hub City Ford, so I had I towed in and that's where I met Trey Simmons. He was very professional and courteious to the fact that I needed to be back on the road as I was traveling for business. He introduced me to Bruce, the lead desiel mechanic and a very knowledgeable one at that! He knew within seconds what was wrong with my truck and had me back on the road in no time. Thanks again guys!!

Scammers

Don't bother going in for your free liquidation sale prize. They claim your prize number is different from the actual picture. Went in expecting a iPad and left with a $300 shoppingcardstore.com. This website charges you a ridiculous amount in shipping which isn't covered by the "gift" card and all the items on the website are junk. Any car dealer who plays these games aren't worth any business. Save your time for someone who is honest from the beginning.

Scam Artists

This dealership sent out a "Mr. Moneybags" in the mail. It stated that if your digital code matched one of the 5 prizes below you won the item that corrosponded with your number. Mine corrosponded to an iPad Air 2. I called the dealership and told them I lived far away and didn't want to drive over if it was a scam. Susan assured me I'd get my iPad if that's what it stated (it did). I get there and a very sleezy man explains me to what that said was just to get me in the store, and I really won a fake $300 shopping card. I say fake because you have to pay shipping on every item on the website that sells what looks like used items on top of a $5 processing fee. Some gift card right. He openly admitted it was a scam. How can this be reported? These people are ridiculous and that should be illegal. BOYCOTT HUB CITY FORD CRESTVIEW.
