Hub City ford helped me purchase my first Ford, and V8 Muscle car. They are very Competitive when it comes to pricing. I found a car that i was looking for in Pensacola, and they matched the price no problem, and gave me what i asked for, for my trade in. I was honestly surprised to get exactly what i want for the price that i asked for. Great staff service too.

No pressure...treated as friends not customers yet at the same time they were professional in business matters. We have never had a more enjoyable experience at a car dealership. They made sure we were satisfied and happy without the "I've gotta make a sale" feeling. They exuded feelings of honest and professional salesmanship. Also, very little wait time but the time we did have ALL the sales people were polite and friendly. The whole atmosphere felt like we were home. When we need another vehicle, we will return.

Very friendly upon arrival, took car right in. Service writer came and found us in waiting area and told us what needed to be done and the cost. Our wait time was less than 2 hours and all work was completed to our satisfaction.

My wife and I had never bought a new car or from a dealer. We received nothing but the best treatment and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. My battery quit working on a Friday afternoon. The guys at Hub City Ford service center fit my car in to their schedule. I didn't have to wait very long. Everyone was friendly. I was back on the road very quickly.

I just moved here March 1st from Illinois. The dealership I had purchased my vehicle from back home was an absolute nightmare. I brought my vehicle up to this dealership trying to get help for a problem my previous location refused to help me with. I had bought the truck (cash, I might add) back in October. The day we drove the truck home, the driver side visor snapped and remained down. Shortly after, the passenger side visor did the same. I had to fight the dealership to get them replaced. In FEBRUARY, I finally received the visors but was told to install them myself. I brought my truck up here to the Crestview location for help. Not only did they install them that same day, but were the most friendly guys I've ever met in an environment that deals with sales. Trey Simmons and Vann Thomas are the reason that I will be doing business here from now on and the reason I will surely recommend this dealership from now on.
