The service was excellent just a little lack of comunication between the mechanic and Trey Simmons, but I' m well pleased with the service I had with the service department.

Extremely Satisfied
I only had limited dealings with the service department prior to my new vehicle purchase and am extremely please with this experience. Mark and Sonic were attentive to my needs and able to work my requirements into the sale. My satisfaction was a priority to them and they have earned my future business. I plan to purchase another new vehicle later this year and Hub City Ford will be my first stop.

Outstanding Parts Department
I do my own service work, and I own a varity of Ford vehicles. Over the past several years I have relied on the Hub City Ford parts department to chase down some not-so-common parts, and they have always come through for me. Their prices are very competive considering the high quality. The guys behind the counter are very patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in finding exactly what I need.

Very pleased with the service department. They explained everything that needed to be done and if it didn't need fixed they didn't try to sell me on it. Being a female walking into a service department you tend to feel like an easy target for them to make money. I never felt that way here, it was nice to know they weren't just trying to get my money. Good customer service is hard to find anymore...Thank you

SUPER SERVICEMEN
I could not recommend this dealership's service department any higher. We were on our way from Florida to our home in Pennsylvania when our car started acting up. We had the car towed from Florala, Alabama to Crestview, since the mechanic in Florala recommended Hub City. . All the guys in the service department were great. They could not find a problem with the transmission, which is what I suspected. They assured me that the car was mechanically sound. And surprisingly, they did NOT charge a penny for the time they spent trying to find the problem. They even called me en route to check to see if we were still having problems. As it turned out, the problem was related to the cruise control, and once the cruise control was turned off, we made it back to Pennsylvania without a problem. But I assure you that you can trust these guys. They were correct that the car had no mechanical problems, and they were totally honest about not knowing why I had had trouble. Since no one had test driven the car with the cruise on, no one had suspected that that was the problem. I can only say thank you again to the Hub City service department, and recommend that you give them your service work. Dan Banach, Erie, PA

Hub City Ford Car Buying Experience
I can only speak for my experience at Hub City has been great. I have established relationships with the service personnel as well as my salesperson Ms. Tanna Cates. My car buying required some attention because I was specific in finding MY CAR. Hub City didn't have the car I wanted but Tanna diligently searched for weeks until she found the exact make, model, mileage, and year of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The price was more than fair and competitive in the local market. plus she worked a little harder. She kept me involved and has been instrumental in dealing with her outside vendors to warranty my window tint. Just sharing my experience.

Great establishment
I have always purchased my vehicles at Hub City Ford. I also have them serviced there. The staff is knowledgeable and professional which makes for a very pleasant experience. My next vehicle purchase will be at Hub City Ford and I would recommend them to everyone.

Not a happy customer
I am very upset at my experience with the service department. I went in a couple weeks ago for an oil change and I also mentioned that my navigation wasn't working at all and if they could check it. They wrote it on the list of things to do. When I received my car back, the tech stated that they didn't have time to check the nav because they were super busy. Last week I took my car in for a recall on the steering wheel. I had the hardest time making an appointment. No one ever answers the phone. I left numerous messages and never received a call back. I finally went through the operator and she transferred me directly to someone that made me an appointment. I brought my car back and I told them again my gps wasn't working and that now I had a new problem. My car keeps stalling when I am driving it. My wrench light comes on and I lose all power to my car and have to pull over and restart it. They did the recall and then he stated that the stalling might have something to do with the recall and that hopefully it doesn't happen to me again. He also stated that the tech that works with gps systems wasnt there that day so to bring it back some other day. Sure enough the next morning and everyday since that my car has been stalling. Now my check engine soon light has turned on as well. I called again to make an appointment and was put through their new answering service. The lady gave me an appointment for this morning at 9am. I took the car in and the tech Darryl told me they didn't have me in the system. He stated that none of the appointments made through their answering service are being put into their system. I was told that he didn't have a tech to work on my car and that they were short staffed. He said I could leave it the car there and possibly have it looked at later in the day but i couldn't leave the car since i had no way of getting home. This is extremely frustrating to me. I live about 25 miles away from this dealership and I am just wasting my time and gas. All of the problems on my car are not being fixed when I do take it. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and had never had any problems before until now. I'm going to give the FWB Gary Smith Ford service department a try now. I do not recommend this dealership.
