Michael offers excellent service and has been there every

Michael offers excellent service and has been there every step of the way for the purchase of 2 new cars. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the new cars and their new aps and operations. We highly recommend Michael when you visit Mercedes at Motorworld. These are close to the 20th car we have purchased from this dealer.

Astrid contacted me about a 2021 vehicle but when she

Astrid contacted me about a 2021 vehicle but when she sent information on the car I inquired about she sent information on a 2019 which I did not inquire. I emailed her to request information on the proper car but she failed to respond, provide that information or even contact me the next day. How hard can it be? She wanted me to drive four hours to test drive the vehicle. Now I wonder if she wanted me to test drive the 2019 vehicle I don’t want. She’s appear to be young and not a seasoned salesperson. I don’t care for games.. Even the manager, Justin, played games & avoided returning calls to another MileOne dealership which was willing to get the car for me I probably avoided a horrendous experience in my decision not to do business with this dealership
