Mike Shaw Subaru

Recently bought my first Subaru at Mike Shaw Subaru. Fantastic experience. Very friendly. Keith- went above and beyond to make the car buying as painless and easy as possible. Highly recommend them, esp Keith as a reliable and trustworthy place to buy a car.

We made an appointment to see a car we saw on the internet. When we arrived, we did not like the car. Cliff mentioned leasing so I decided to listen to what he had to say. I did not decide to lease, but I did leave that night as the owner of a brand new Forester that was on the showroom floor. He was honest and very easy to work with. There was no pressure and he did not promise anything he could not deliver. I got 2.9% financing and an awesome car. Cliff got a customer for the rest of his career. I have sent one other person who was in the market to buy a car from him. He was not in so they did buy a car. Their experience was good, but not great like ours was with Cliff. Thanks!

We went to Denver especially to look at a car at 2 dealers, the 1st was in Englewood, the salesman had NO idea where the motor was ! Another guy was making a call for an answer, while "our" salesman shammeyed the car and went for a smoke EXIT LEFT and not soon enough, Happily went to Mike Shaw. Cameron Smith had the car we wanted to see out front, he was wonderful to work with, as well as Brandon in finance. This dealership made our purchasing a auto a great experience, LOVE my " smart"car. My wife and I just bought a new Subaru from Mike Shaw. We worked with Kieth Traczynski. We were lucky enough to find the perfect car for us. It had the extras we wanted, and was in the color we wanted. Kieth was a gentleman, and was willing to stick with us for a long time until we decided to buy the car (it was our first new car). Mark, the finance consultant was also very knowledgeable, and respectfully taught us a bit about how the car buying process works, and what financing a car is like. Both were great guys to work with, and we would highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru to those looking to buy a new or used car.

Love the Forester XT Premium that we purchased. It was the only one around and they helped make the deal happen. Keith made the buying experience very comfortable.

Buying a used car at Mike Shaw was painless. The salesman (Sam) was very polite and respectful. They gave me a fair value on my trade in, and we arrived at a price that worked for both of us without the "pressure" I have received at other dealers. The entire staff we dealt with was polite and helpful.

I purchased my car from a gentleman named Dominic. He was very professional. I did not want to purchase my car on the spot and insisted on coming in the next day. He came in on his day off to make sure the sale went as planned. I purchased a Subaru Tribeca with a 2 year warranty. 10 days after purchasing the car it broke down (later to be discovered, my idling pulley broke). I had the car towed back to the shop. The warranty covered the part. Since it happened so soon after my purchase, the sales department covered all costs that i would have had to pay even with the warranty. The car was repaired and back on the road the next day. Over all, being 20 days out from my purchase, I am happy with it. I do not feel I was deceived or misled. The follow up customer service as well as repair was very pleasing.

What a great experience to work with Jamie Chu. Up until walking into Mike Shaw Subaru, our car buying experience was less than desirable. Jamie immediately made us feel comfortable when we met her and brought back the excitement we had for buying a new car! Jamie diligently listened to our needs and sold us the exact car we had been looking for.

Despite my inclination to cancel my test driving appointment, I went into Mike Shaw Subaru and met with Chris Conway on a particularly snowy Saturday here in Denver. Chris was helpful and friendly; not at all pushy or aggressive like some car sales people. I was hesitant to make a decision, but they worked with me on my trade-in and came up with an amazing deal on a really nice car- a 2012 Subaru Legacy. I would definitely recommend them again. The paper work and accompanying financing was relatively quick and painless and they were very efficient throughout the process. I would probably still be driving my 11 year old car if I had opted to go to any dealership besides Mike Shaw.
