We couldn't be happier with our experience at Mike Shaw. Cliff Swaim, our sales rep, was amazing. He took great care of us, making sure we had all of the time and information we needed to make our decision. We never felt pressured in the least. Cliff was able to find the vehicle we wanted, with the features we wanted, in the color we wanted, at a price we were willing to pay. Cliff was not only professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, but also a nice guy. He was very personable and easy to work with, the kind of person with whom you'd like to have a cup of coffee and chat. I will recommend Mike Shaw and Cliff to anyone needing to purchase a new vehicle.

He wasn't pushy, provided some great options, and walked me through the process of buying the car with ease. I also appreciated his follow up and can do attitude. I really appreciated the follow up correspondence from the sales staff, the service staff, and the dealership owner. Mike Shaw Subaru's Service depatment is the best in Denver. Especially Gunnar, my service representative was very friendly, easy to approach and very courteous. I am very happy with the personal attention that I got and the quality of service, timeliness and value that Mike Shaw Subaru offered. Mike Shaw Subaru has an excellent service department. Kathy Nerka is an outstanding service representative. She is very knowledgeable regarding services provided and carefully explains options if additional service is recommended.The service department is clean, well lit, has free wi-fi, and is a pleasant and relaxing area to wait while service is being performed.

Excellent customer service. I was given a loaner car while my care was being worked on. The service was complete when promised and the job that was done was outstanding. I felt like I received special treatment, although I saw others who were getting treated with the same great customer service.

I exchanged 20 emails with Cliff without coming across as a potential buyer (because of previous bad experiences with car salesman) yet Cliff replied to every email in a timely manner. Never applying any unneeded pressure of trying to make a sales. Residing in Glendale the Mike Shaw Subaru dealership was quite a commute being in Thornton but going there was worth every mile. It has been a couple of weeks since my purchase and I still get the first class treatment, unlike other salesman and dealership Cliff and Mike Shaw Subaru actually care about your experience in a whole from beginning to end. The service at Mike Shaw Subaru is very friendly and quick. When I have had my car serviced there I feel like they are honest about recommended services. Also, I really value the loaner car they provide. This makes it possible for me to drop my car off before work and then pick it up afterward, without taking time off (or spending a Saturday waiting at the dealership.) Gunnar also keeps me in the loop during the day regarding the progress of the work. I started taking my car to Mike Shaw because it was a close location when I moved to a different neighborhood, but I will go back for the customer service.

We were looking for a reliable used car for our son who just got his permit. We purchased a car which ended up being towed to Mike Shaw because of an alarm problem. Jonathan and Gunnar went above and beyond what was expected to help us with servicing the car. In the end,we actually ended up taking the car back to the other dealership and buying a used car from Mike Shaw. They treated us right from the beginning and we felt like we could trust their opinions. They were honest, up front and complete in all they did. They even had a tech stay longer than his usual hours to get the car done for us. Because of their dedication to doing things right, they were the reason we bought the car from Mike Shaw and will continue to take it back there for our work. We are thoroughly impressed with the way they do business.
