Best car buying experience in 30+ years. Excellent communication and follow through. Felt respected throughout the process. They exceeded expectations. This is truly a team comprised of people with varied backgrounds who work together very well and are unified in a desire to treat customers and each other very well. The level of service and quality of te was similar to dining at a really well run restaurant. Will look forward to buying our next car from Fieds Lexus Glenview. Well worth the extra drive to do business with this team.

Kevin was a great Service Man. I love his personality and humor. Lexus is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle. They were supposed to install new brakes actuators, but I

They were supposed to install new brakes actuators, but I guess they did not or installed used ones because they are still noisy. Will never go there. Also they did something to the front wheels because they made noises while turning.
