They were supposed to replace the brake actuators because they were noisy and the new ones are as noisy as the old ones. Also they did something to the front wheels because there was noise when turning right. Will go to a different dealership

We each brought our cars in for periodic service, and my wife, Joyce, needed a replacement tire. I have been servicing my car at the Lexus dealership
I have been servicing my car at the Lexus dealership since I purchased it in 2012. It has changed ownership since then but the quality of their service people and their mechanics are superior. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. You get what you pay for and a loaner also! My long time contact man is Jim Dyra and I trust him implicitly. I will definitely purchase my next Lexus from him. Kevin also did a great job checking in my car and keeping me informed.
