Was charged for tire service that wasn’t provided.

Was charged for tire service that wasn’t provided. I have a car which is still under manufacture warranty. Tire rotation wasn’t done and filler change as well. I have been a loyal customer and purchased a few cars there. Was very disappointed. The money were charged for the service not provided. Please escalate and get back to us with outcomes. Please issue the opportunity to have my under warranty service as an additional reimbursement. Thank you

I had a flat tire .

I had a flat tire . They had the replacement in stock. Service was closing but they said if I could get there quickly they would wait and take care of it. I drove over and in 45 minutes was on my way with a new tire and washed car. Great service ?

My friend and I visited this location today, and our

My friend and I visited this location today, and our experience was terrible. We went there to look at the ES300, but there was no one available to assist us. We wandered around the showroom until we noticed Adelina Jones at her desk. Initially, she was agreeable and allowed us to take a test drive of the car. I was prepared to give her my card to make the purchase. However, my friend, who recently received his Social Security number, wanted to see if he could finance the car with his credit. When she learned this, her demeanor completely changed. She refused to let us test drive the car and displayed a condescending attitude, making us feel as though we couldn't afford the vehicle. I had planned to buy the car today, but her behavior towards my friend made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I’m sure she isn't aware of my family's reputation back in India; otherwise, she might have acted differently. I could easily post my family history on Google, and she could do some research to learn not to judge a book by its cover.

Huge disappointment after we serviced Lexus RX350.

Huge disappointment after we serviced Lexus RX350. The service found a lot of issues and highly recommended to replace the engine gasket for 6000 dollars . In one week our car died on the road because of alternator. I have the report from them saying absolutely nothing about bad alternator. How you can miss basic checks and push for 6000 repairs? They just come up with anything to get as much money as possible from you. I feel really sorry for anybody how will trust their service.
