Jeff is a Superstsr and always has been… during so many years I have worked with him, both before and after he was promoted to Manager, He is professional, considerate of others, conscientious about getting everything right, customer-oriented, and a credit to the Fields organization.

Fields lexus is a good dealer. Purchase your car there and you get free weekly car washes. Service availabilty was great, same day. Even got a free lunch at their cafe while I waited. Only glitch was that I was not notified when my car was finally done. I waited an extra 1/2 hour due to their oversite. I was there for 4 hours even though I was promised 2-1:2.

Howard Meron was most helpful in helping customize the vehicle settings prior to our arrival, and as we sat in the car. I've now purchased three vehicles from Al Holmer, and he's been very helpful in finding the right cars for us. I am a big fan of the service department, very thorough and on top of things. The dealership is great, IMO.

I brought my car in on 5/01/2024 for an oil change and paint protection. I had this service scheduled with Jeff Kaddatz (manager). Upon initial inspection of my vehicle, other issues were detected that required replacement of some parts. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the main issues that needed to be addressed at the time. Cost of parts and labor was pricey but I felt comfortable with Jeff’s recommendation. Jeff Kaddatz is a pleasure to work with. He’s very pleasant, professional and polite. His calm and mild mannered personality totally contributes to a pleasant customer experience. I look forward to working with him again!!!
