We were just looking to see what was out there. After finding out our needs, Ric 1st showed us the new cars. Then he selected several used cars to look at. We test drove 2 cars. Then Ric gave the pros & cons of each tailored to our needs. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted in a used car.

Who you buy your car from does make a difference. Go where you will be treated well, have your car serviced by knowledgeable ,honest people who understand that your car is an important , major investment. I have found all those qualities in Bredemann Lexus. It's been a good partnership so I bought my 2nd new car from them.

I didn't start out planning to buy a Lexus, or planning to buy from this dealership. The experience I had with Howard Meron and Wayne Phillips was incredible. They were knowledgable, informative, friendly and patient. Howarhas spent more time with me since I bought my car than even while I was trying to decide to buy? He even came to my home to make sure the garage door opener worked correctly! I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else again!

As a result, when I went to Bredemann, there were absolutely no surprises and everything was handled exactly as expected. I am now looking for my next Lexus and see absolutely no reason for going anywhere else. Charles has kept me up to date with their car inventory, answered all my questions regarding their available cars, and throughout all this I have not felt pressured a single bit. I know the car that I want and it's a breath of fresh air to work with a salesman who recognizes that. For me, he's been able to strike that balance between providing me with enough information and allowing me to make a decision, and in my view that is what makes for a great salesman.
