Melinda was just as accommodating in service and handled the car issues, along with the technicians, in quicker than noted time. Fields employee is rude and wrong

Bianca was arrogant to the point of rudeness. She insisted I do not have ding/dent coverage although I paid for it when I purchased the car new in 2019. No one explained what was done. I don’t know what two of the parts are or what temp the antifreeze level is good for. Would like to talk to mechanic—not person filling out paperwork.

They used to be way better!

I’m just disappointed how bad of a job they do now since new owner. I’ve loved going to Bredemann and this is closest dealer, but I’ve noticed how their service has changed and I’m ready to find a different place.
