Lexus, you’ve outperformed…again!
Absolute perfection! My 2013 ES350 had been out of warranty for many years. My hood hadn’t been closing properly. A few previous visits a technician would shoot WD40 and screwdriver it to close for a satisfactory result. So this latest time I asked that it be fixed permanently. Fields Lexus of Glenview had the part in stock, fixed it in less than 30 minutes and did so at no charge to me. I think this sort of simple mechanical failure should never run out of warranty, but no other car company I’ve ever experienced eagerly wants to perform at complete customer satisfaction. Of course, I was prompted to give a review by this dealer. What this dealer may not know is the times I will relate this and other outstandingly positive service experiences I’ve received from this dealer and Lexus to family and friends!

Professionalism and Accuracy
Great experience with buying my wife’s new car. The sales consultant Nate was very helpful and patient with us. Arlind was very professional with closing the deal and explaining the warranty options. And Howard did a great job of explaining all of the futures of the car. Excellent costumer service and very friendly environment!
