Ease of servicing
It's nice getting a reminder email for servicing and simply clicking a button to schedule the appointment. Nice touch that it can download to my google calendar. My vehicle was serviced within the same day that I brought it in. The representative was responsive to my concerns when I brought it in. I love the streamlined process for getting the loaner car for the day. They keep my insurance info on file and simply look at my driver's license when I'm there. It's a lot quicker than under previous management. I think I was in and out of there in less than 7 minutes that morning.

Friendly and professional service
I brought my car in for service and a safety issue was found. Although a part had to be ordered, I was given the use of a loaner car, which was really convenient. Everyone at Fields Lexus is professional and friendly.

Salesman was Paul Caputo and tech support was Howard Meron. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. There was no sales pressure. Courteous and helpful. Howard has made himself available for three sessions of tech training on the computer and controls of the vehicle, with very helpful suggestions on points I would not have thought of. I can only highly recommend this dealership.
