Will definitely go back to Bredemann's and Wayne Phillips first for my next Lexus. I called Bredemann's to see if they still had the RX350 I saw online and Wayne said they did and had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived 30 minutes later( no waiting). He enthusiastically explained everything so thoroughly while I was test driving I found there were things on the car I did not expect to be getting. Other dealerships told me that AFTER I bought the car someone would tell me about what was on the car! During price negotiations there were no hassles or pressures, I wanted to buy a car and he wanted to sell one. He explained what I would be getting compared to other cars and prices out there and with the homework I had done I appreciated there was no baloney. Two days later when I picked up the car Wayne personally programmed and went over all the features on the 2018 car. As in other dealerships he did not tell me it would only be an hour. He took the time needed for me to know the car. He also said I could call him with other questions I may have. Who wouldn't want to spend all that money and not have it be a great experience.
