I wrote asking for a lease quote on a specific car posted by their dealership online. Was sent a bunch of automated "friendly" emails, but no quote. Wrote 3 more times to the Internet Sales guy requesting the quote, just got run-around. Funny that they wouldn't treat a legitimate buyer better.

I recently bought the best car I've ever owned--once again from Howard Meron. I've stopped counting, but this may be the fifth car I've bought from him. When I'm in the market for a used car, I let Howard know what I'm looking for and within days we're moving along. He has an amazing track record for putting me in the right car for my circumstances at the time. Closing the deal is not the end of the relationship with Howard. He gives a "new" car orientation like no other. I hope I won't be in the market for my next car for many years, but when I'm ready, there's no doubt that Howard will sell it to me.

Jose has been my service advisor over many years and quite a few cars. There are many reasons for my loyalty, trust being at the top of the list. With Jose, everything is fully explained and makes sense. Jose is personable, kind, and honest. Last week I experienced unexpected inconvenience and cost when animals sheltered under my hood and chewed up a number of wires and other parts. Jose made my bad day as good as it could be thanks to prompt service that took less time than expected and a great loaner car. Jose is great at what he does and I recommend him without reservation.

Howard went "above and beyond" to help us get and enjoy our beautiful, new Lexus SUV. Neither my husband nor I had shopped for a car in more than 14 years. Additionally, we both have thick accents. Finally, my husband who is an octogenarian, was very attached to his trusty, old Lexus SUV. Throughout our experience, Howard was exceptional. He: - thoroughly explained the many options (e.g., various models, possible features and colors); - answered and re-answered our countless questions; - came to our aid when we called (even beyond the office!); and - really helped us with the price. Howard is extremely patient and personable. Even now that we have our new Lexus, he continues to welcome our calls and help us understand the technology and features. Howard should be commended for being a true asset to the Bredemann team. Thank you so very much.

Our salesman, Edgar Rodriquez was fabulous. He was efficient, professional and gave us more than we expected on the price of our trade-in. We traded in a Cadillac DTS after being Cadillac owners for 20 plus years. We were excited to find the color my wife wanted and the low mileage we wanted, as well as the excellent features LEXUS has to offer on the 2015, RX350 that we purchased.
