Pat and Marvin has been my service advisors thru 2 Vehicles. They have always been up front and honest with any repairs that I might need. There have been issues that I felt might need addressing and they would let me know if it was necessary or not. Now that is Trusting Service Advisors!!

Best customer service anywhere. Pat and Marvin really know their stuff. That's why we went to Bredemann Lexus and no other dealership. Best running car we have ever driven. The only car we want to drive.

Marvin did a fabulous job. He took care of all my needed service plus!!! On top of that he is a pleasant person to work with. In the past year I called him several times for help and in every event he was able to clear up my problem over the phone. Pat and Marvin are great. They tell you facts and dont pressure you to do extra work on your car. Love the dealership for their being polite and respectful. They have put customer service as part of their standards. My car was serviced in a timely manner with no hidden costs. Love this place.
