Service today was great, I waited in the lounge and went over some work. Malinda and (Marvin) made sure I was attended to and out any reasonable amount of time. I was able to make my voice lesson early and still have time to kill.

I have an RX 300 which I purchased at Bredemann. The reason I think and speak so highly of this dealership is for your service. You have some of the best service people I have dealt with in my entire life. Marvin Dumanlang and Pat Kappel are absolutely hands down the most thorough and honest service advisors I know. They listen to my concerns about what is going on with my car and understands my circumstances. It would be a very difficult for me if they were not there for me to work with. They are superstars!!

Airbag recall was completed on my car recently. I was given a brand new ES to drive. I did not want to give it back! Melinda & Christina were so so nice to me for my service visit. I did not have my insurance card printed and Christina was kind enough to print it for me. I love driving a Lexus!
