Recall

Airbag recall was completed on my car recently. I was given a brand new ES to drive. I did not want to give it back! Melinda & Christina were so so nice to me for my service visit. I did not have my insurance card printed and Christina was kind enough to print it for me. I love driving a Lexus!

The bomb

There is not much more I can say about Marvin and Pat. What a great team--the customers took the words from me. As today's kids would say-----Marvin, Pat and the rest of the Bredemann team are "the bomb". Thank you for your fine work and royal treatment!

The hutch

Mr. Dumanlang and Pat Kappel has been the hutch of the excellent service at Bredemann. They are always helpful and courteous. I am very happy to be part of this Lexus.

30000 miles

I just have the 30000 miles service done and as always I'm very pleased with Mr. Dumanlang and Pat. They have been been my service advisers for a while and I appreciate their knowledge and expertise. They have always been very helpful and professional.

Buying a new car.

Ric Santos has done everything he can to help me learn about my new Lexus. I am very satisfied with his attention and the follow-up to the purchase. He even offered to come by my house if the garage door opener didn't work. It did after he programmed it in the dealership, so that wasn't necessary.

10k maint

10k maint was under warranty and done at no cost. Malinda was very informative and kind. I never signed up for the remote start program and Christine helped me download the app and call Lexus to get myself a subscription for remote start! Great service team and efforts by both women!

Oil change

Great service with Melinda and Marvin. Both are personable and make are you feel welcome and are taken care of! I can work from the waiting room and it?s comfortable
