Marvin Dumanlang has been my service advisor since the first mile I bought my RX350 from Bredemann Lexus. Given my limitations, I've found that Marvin beautifully walks the fine line between my best interests and that of the dealership for the care and performance of my vehicle. Ask him a straight question and he gives a direct answer. Such honesty and advice from a Service Representative is most appreciated.

10k service check up
10k maint was under warranty and done at no cost. Malinda was very informative and kind. I never signed up for the remote start program and Christine helped me download the app and call Lexus to get myself a subscription for remote start! Great service team and efforts by both women!

Marvin and Pat earn high points in transparency and personableness ... the culture of excellence pervades the entire operation! Although I live in the south side of Chicago, I plan to drive the extra distance to Bredemann Lexus for all my service needs for my new RX-350!
