It was early January and after a major snow storm and we walked into the dealership at the right time that day.....Dave was at the reception desk and walked over, introduced himself with a smile, asked us questions about what we were looking for, and was eager to help. My partner and I were transitioning from Chicago to Michigan for work and were back in town for 2 days from the holidays in Texas and I had researched cars online and found 2 G37xS (I only wanted the xS model) at the dealership. Dave put on his snow gear and actually went outside and dug both cars out of the snow for us to test drive. It was a great day to test drive the cars to see how they handled in snow. While testing driving, Dave was even in the back helping service his other customers cars. Talk about dedication to making the customer happy and getting speedy service. Dave was great at multitasking with his other customers while helping us buy a car and making us feel important at the same time. He is extremely knowledgable about his cars, made us feel like we had known him for years, had amazing customer service, and was always smiling. I recommend everyone go to Dave when shopping for a new car. It was a pleasure working with during and after the purchasing of my car and we will be back to see him when it's time to buy another Infiniti.......which I am in love with my G37xS!!!!!!! A great bunch of folks from sales to service whose ultimate goal is to make sure that the job is done right and that the customer is happy at the end of the transaction. Both my wife and I are repeat customers of this dealership because of Joel Gappa. He is a true professional and is always available to take your call long after the sale. We love dealing with Joel and the dealership in general.

My experience with Joel and the dealership was AWESOME! I flew in from out of state and was picked up at the airport in a limo and taken to the dealership. i was greeted at the door by my salesman and all of the paperwork was ready to go with the exception of an extra warranty that I purchased(which couldn't have been already prepared). They have the best fresh baked scones by the way. In and out of the dealership in 45 minutes!!!! You can't beat the personal service and I would recommend them to anyone.

The receptionist was also delightful and very responsive. My whole family including my kids were treated like Kings. I was shopping for a specific year, make, model and color of Honda Accord and when I found it Joel was very helpful doing some of my leg work for me due to being 50 plus miles form his dealership. When I arrived the car was clean and ready for a test drive as promised. The price was great and even though I paid cash for the car the finance manager was helpful explaining different finance options if I was interested. I left there 1 hour later with a clean and perfect used car...GREAT JOB

I was very please with the service at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I emailed the web salesman and asked him for an Infiniti QX60 with very specific options. I was told at other dealerships it wasn't available. Joshua Ruffner was able to find me my vehicle within an hour. Thank you very much Josh.

Great buying experience! Ronnie was very professional and made me very comfortable with buying a car. Upon closing the deal to buy my car, they signed a what we owe document for 4 items that they agreed to either replace or repair. Two week later I took the cay back and the dealership took care of every item listed on the list. Very pleased with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I presently own two Infinity vehicles and would have to say that my car buying experience with Gino at the Infiniti of Hoffman Estates was top notch and the service there has been great. Gino worked hard to get me a good trade in value of a non-Infiniti in order to get me into my M at the right price. He was easy to get a hold of to answer many questions I had about my car well after the night I bought it. The perks of the Washworks membership was such an added bonus of buying from there as well. Filli and his guys work hard to keep the car looking good even through the Chicago winter months.
