INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

Initial contact with this dealership was with their online interface where I inquired about a used G37x on their website. After a couple of quick emails and requesting my permission to give me a call, Geno reached out to me to answer my questions. He was very professional over the phone and I did not feel pressured to come into the dealership at all during our conversation. I ended up going in to test drive the used car that I inquired about, but ended up leasing a 2013 G37x for not much more of a monthly payment after Geno presented my options. Geno made the typical sales process very easy to deal with and I did not feel I had to jump through the normal hoops that most dealerships make you go through. Overall, if you want a low pressure, casual car buying/leasing process, I recommend you give Geno at call at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates.

Found a car I was looking for on their website and Andrew did a great job working out the sale and financing over the phone. I live over 2 hours from the dealership and we were able to get all the details done over the phone. It made the purchase simple and when I drove in to get the car there were no surprises, so we were in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely work with Andrew and Brad again and recommend people to buy from them as well.
