I was very impressed with this dealership. It was clean...

I was very impressed with this dealership. It was clean and inviting. The sales people that worked with me (Joel and Geno) were very friendly and professional. They were not your typical pushy/annoying car salesmen. Joel had extensive knowledge on the vehicle that I purchased. He spent a great deal of time showing me all of the options and how everything works. Geno was also very helpful and he made sure that I knew exactly how to use my remote start before leaving the dealership. The general sales manager, Rich, was a pleasure to work with. This is the first time that I actually enjoyed buying a car. No one in this dealership was pushy or kiniving. I got an excellent deal on my purchase and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The people at this dealership took the time to listen to me and my needs. They were all wonderful and I encourage anyone and everyone to check out this dealership!

I have purchased 2 new and 1 used Infiniti G's from Joel Gappa and Infiniti Hoffman Estates. The purchases ranged from 2007 - 2013. I remained very satisfied with sale and post sale experience with both Mr. Gappa and Dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Geno was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating and even stayed late just in case we decided to go through with the purchase last night, which we did. His pleasant and friendly demeanor put us at ease through the entire process. I would definitely recommened others to Geno at Infinity Hoffman Estates! The Finance Manager was also a pleasure! Making such a huge investment is nerve wracking, but everyone we came in contact with was so nice and really made us feel comfortable. So thank you!!

GIno helped make my purchasing experience pleasurable. He was knowledgeable and professional. He even went above and beyond by giving me a ride all the way out to Woodstock to deliver the car after hours on a Saturday! That's great service. Oh yes,,, just so happens my wife LOVES her new QX60 Hybrid too. Everybody wins. Thanks Gino !

Infiniti of Hoffman Estates

I bought my Infiniti from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates few months ago. My salesman Geno Cabana gave me excellent service and a great price. Buying a car from him was a great experience!

Used car purchased

We were met at the entrance, and directed to our sales person. Andrew was friendly, personably and direct In answering our questions. He had the car we wanted to look at prepared and ready for a test drive. The car looked great. The test drive went well, a chance to get a feel for the car. We asked for the sales manager and Andrew quickly brought him to his office for furthering questions about the car. Andrew and the sales manager answered all of our questions and after some negotiations, we purchased the car. We were very pleased with the whole process, service and price. We drive the car home and they came the next day to pick up my car that we traded in. Great service. I would recommend this dealer and their staff. Tom Atkins

Great Service

This is the second time purchasing a used car from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. Gino was very helpful and professional. Good service and good experience!

My purchase experience at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates

Let me start by saying what a great experience I had with this dealership, but what made it special was a young salesman named Gino. I had seen a car on their website so I called the dealership up and was connected directly with Gino. I told Gino the car I was interested in and rather than just read the specs off of a sheet he actually went out and personally checked out the vehicle for me and called me back to let me know how great of shape the car was in and then we scheduled an appointment to view the car. When I got to the dealership I was pleasantly surprised at just how professional Gino was. I took the car of a test drive and everything seemed OK but I am not a mechanic so I had some concerns. Gino told me that it wouldn't be a problem to take the car for the weekend so I could have my own personal mechanic look at it but that didn't work with my schedule at the time so I ended driving back to Hoffman Estates from the northside of Chicago a couple of days later to take it to my mechanic. After a once over from my mechanic I returned to the dealership with the car where Gino and I negotiated a very fair deal. From the start to the finish Gino took out all of the stress that is normally associated with buying a car. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this gentleman is a top notch, class act. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It's hard to find such a young man with that kind of old school work ethic.

When first searching for the car we wanted to purchase we...

When first searching for the car we wanted to purchase we had sent in a few online requests. Eugene Cabana was the most responsive and helpful, we were impressed by how quickly he got back to us, found exactly what we wanted and worked around our schedule to get us the car. Eugene is a great guy; friendly, genuine, and fast. We went in and he took care of everything, it was the least painful car purchasing experience we have ever had. What a relief. Even 6 months after the purchase he took care of our first oil change AND resolved a minor maintenance issue; no questions asked, fast, free of charge. I have no complaints regarding any step of the process from making initial contact to post-purchase, and he set us up with the MotorWerks WashWerks, a great perk and just a continuation of excellent service. Thanks Geno!!
