I found this truck on their website and made an inquiry. Julia sent me all the details, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I had a bed liner and tonneau cover added and the install is very good. I drove the three hours to Cleveland and felt confident with this purchase.

Julia was FANTASTIC! Super Attentive while showing me the F150 I bought. Great selection of vehicles along with them being tremendous values! Once I decided on purchasing, Julia shepherded me through the entire process flawlessly. Got me a GREAT Rate and Terms on my loan! When my wife and I picked up the F150 it looked fabulous and had a full tank of gas! Got us through all the paperwork quickly with no mistakes! I can not speak highly enough of Julia and her Dealership! Extremely friendly, personable and superb attention to detail! She is a great communicator providing updates all through the purchase process. You can literally buy a car or truck anywhere, but no one will give you the Service and Value for the Dollar that Julia and Sunlight Auto will! I highly recommend them for your transportation needs!

Purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu back in Feb 2016 was told this vehicle was covered under the bumper to bumper factory warranty...well let's just say middle of July my 2 year old opened my back door as we were driving down the interstate, took my car into my local chevy delarship to have the child locks looked at, they advised me my car had been in an accident and that my warranty would not cover this. Sunlight auto admitted to GMC that my car had been in an accident but they would not offer to repair it. The manager Robert has been avoiding my calls and messages, and I keep getting promised they are looking into what can be done, this has been going on almost a month now and now answer as to how my car will be fixed. I feel as though I was lied to, on the bill of sale it states manufacture warranty still active, well it's not!! This vehicle is not safe for my children, you would think a dealership would want to do that right thing, but apparently the safety of children is not a top priority for them!

The case with this customer was settled! Everything was accommodated for this customer even though the car was purchased AS-IS Sale and the problem occurred 6 months later. The door was replaced even though it was not dealership's fault but was factory defect. Customer was accommodated with hotel stay, paid for gas, tolls, and one full day of work missed. All repairs were done at no cost to the customer!
This was not a factory defect Sunlight purchased a wrecked vehicle and had the door replaced with the incorrect door, never had child locks installed! My 2 year old opened my door on the interstate! We noticed a few months after purchase not 6 months, and to fight and argue with your dealership to have it repaired. Had to file a complaint with the better business bureau and had to talk about a lawsuit to get you guys to even offer to repair/replace parts! Your dealership straight lied when we drove out to purchase the vehicle. We asked if it had been in any accidents and where told no. Well maybe you should of removed the tow receipt showing the date of accident and where the damage was done. We even called the tow yard and they advised they did repair work on this vehicle for Sunlight auto! So this was you fault and you sold a faulty vehicle!
BEWARE dont waste your time or money... dishonest. Sold a vehicle that wasnt properly working correctly, Blokced my number when i tried to get in contact with them.
