The new car purchase process with York Plainfield was very smooth and hassle free. Rodney, our sales person was very friendly and helpful. He made the whole process stress free and actually enjoyable. I've purchased 2 new cars from the York dealerships in the last 3 years and have been quite pleased both times. They are up front and open throughout he buying experience.

Ran a diagnostic before calling warranty company. I paid $190 for no repairs. Ran a diagnostic before calling warranty company. I paid $190 for no repairs. I got cheated. They should've called me and said the warranty will cover nothing. I didn't need JUST the diagnostic.
