Solid experience for my first time getting a car, had a

Solid experience for my first time getting a car, had a tiny headache with nearly every option I looked at being moved to another store or just shortly being sold before I asked, but it's a dealership and I understand that can't be avoided. Doc was wonderful and patient in finding me something that I liked and was confident in. My test drive was from one location to another and it was a long one but we had a blast pretty much laughing the whole way out there to pick up the car. I'd definitely recommend someone to come here for their own vehicle!

The gal that met me when I pulled in was so nice and

The gal that met me when I pulled in was so nice and reassuring that my jeep would be take. Care of and I would have a ride. She checked on me several times while I decided to get my oil changed also. The man who I dealt with was very nice and very reassuring also that the jeep will get fixed and it can be driven until my appointment. They were all very nice !

Air pressure was never checked when rotating tires.

Air pressure was never checked when rotating tires. All tires had different pressures. Developed a leak from bead before I even got home.

I was able to get in quickly.

I was able to get in quickly. I spoke with Jamie and Matt when I arrived. They got with Dylan to order the parts and had Robert fix my car the same day.

Dealership played games with pricing in an attempt to get

Dealership played games with pricing in an attempt to get me to buy a new truck. Couldn't get returned phone calls back. Seemed unwilling to provide information in any other way than in person. Never was able to obtain a final price until I got to the dealership to finalize paperwork. Didn't even know interest rate until signing final paperwork.
