I made an appointment at an approved Ram Dealership for a

I made an appointment at an approved Ram Dealership for a multipoint When I arrived they said they did not have the time to take my vehicle in for inspection, I asked if they could at least check what the engine light meant and they said they could not. That only 20-30 year employees could help me and they were all already busy, even though I had an appointment. I left very upset and within 20 min of me leaving, my brand new 2022truck, with less than 18kmiles all of the sudden came to a hard stop in the middle of the street during traffic hour. I was almost hit bc of how sudden it stopped, I almost caused a few accidents. It would not turn on at all for me to move it. I am thankful my newborn and toddler were not in the truck yet as I was on my way to pick them up.

Easy to get in and serviced.

Easy to get in and serviced. Work completed within timeline given. Unfortunately although a known issue, no guarantee it wouldn’t happen again, nor was a loaner vehicle provided for 2 day service. Again known auxiliary battery issue.
