As soon as I got to the lot I was greeted my my dealer

As soon as I got to the lot I was greeted my my dealer Doc. He immediately made friendly gestures to me and my other and made us both feel comfortable to be at the dealership. I told him my price range and he was perfectly fine and really good as negotiating with me. He made sure to crack jokes and leave a good smile out faces to help with the long process of financing a car. Shout out to Doc for making my experience memorable. Also shout out to the finance agent who was able to talk my rates down. I wish I could remember her name but she truly is an angel. I appreciate all the hard work she put into me having the best deal on my car. I would definitely recommend that people come here if they are a first time buyer or if they want people who care about their customers. Thank you York:)

Dropped off truck at 9am Monday, got text at 10:15am

Dropped off truck at 9am Monday, got text at 10:15am about service, This was the last conversation I had with Josh until Tuesday morning at 10:00am. that truck was ready. Did not inform me that they had to get parts and would keep truck overnight.

Brought my jeep in for a warranty work , 9:30 the guy

Brought my jeep in for a warranty work , 9:30 the guy processing my work said it would be done till 3:pm, so I went and walked did some errands, was going to start walking home , but needed to use the bathroom. Returned to York for that reason. While passing through the service are I was told my car work was done! I was very happy about that! But a more accurate escalation of when my car would be done would greatly be appreciated! Thank you for your concern!
