The experience was fine, the only complaint was I felt
The experience was fine, the only complaint was I felt there wasn't enough communication. I was the one initiating the communication but in my mind, the service department should have been the one initiating.

Service department doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t
Service department doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t respond to messages. Was told they corrected my electrical issue and everything tested ok. Truck died the very next day and had to return for them to fix the issue they just told me the day before was corrected

I have been in contact with multiple people at your dealership and it always ends up the same way. I explain what occurred, u pretend to listen and say you’ll contact me back once you’ve researched my claims. Then I never hear from you again because you find out I’m correct and you aren’t gonna do anything about it!!!
