My vehicle came out with more problems than it went in
My vehicle came out with more problems than it went in with. Appointment scheduled for Monday. Got back Wednesday. Now I have an exhaust leak and a vibration. Took it back Thursday, technician confirmed exhaust leak and vibration. Service advisor said call Monday and schedule appointment. Why weren’t the issues addressed immediately? I just want my Jeep fixed.

Nothing was explained during pickup.
Nothing was explained during pickup. Quote price changed, oil was supposed to be changed, oil tag not updated. Oil gage not reset. Not the service I normally receive there.
