Terrible time trying to get paint issue taken care of .

Terrible time trying to get paint issue taken care of .Pictures were lost 3 times and claim cancelled 3 times . I had to reopen with Jeep Care , service manager didn’t want to get me a loaner vehicle . Because they cost money …. So did my Jeep.! I will not recommend York Chrysler to anyone Plainfield or Brazil ( my fiancé had issues with a 2023 Gran Cherokee from Brazil)

The handling or lack of, for the paint corrosion issue was terrible. After 9 months and I had to reopen case 3 times due to York Plainfield not getting paper work and or pictures to Jeep . And then service manager last attitude about getting a loner vehicle due to the fact I was two weeks out of warranty And it went from covered to having to pay a negotiated amount to which I give xxxxxxto the store Manager for splitting that cost with me . York body shop in Greencastle did a great job and communication was great . I will not Deal with York Plainfield or Brazil again .
