From start to finish, this was a great experience.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. We were buying a used car but there was no way to tell that by the attention we were getting. Everyone at York was very courteous and responsive to all of our concerns. We would highly recommend them to anyone, thank you all so much!

Could never actually talk to service Manager when calling

Could never actually talk to service Manager when calling always went to recording. The mechanic who was to do the work on my Jeep Jared submitted the radiator to my Maxi Care Warranty for coverage and it was declined. I was told by someone else to try calling Chrysler and just asking for another opinion because it was my understanding the radiator was covered! It was clogged so therefore the replacement was not covered! I am not a mechanic so how would U know it was clogged? Anyway evidently the mechanic Jared found out I had called Chrysler and talked to another mechanic and proceeded to tell me he didn’t appreciate me doing that ! Since when can I not get a second opinion on a repair! I felt the radiator should have been covered! I was not upset with the dealer I was upset my warranty wasn’t going to cover it and trying to understand how was I know it was clogged in order to have it replaced before it needed replaced! Jared was very unprofessional taking to me and my husband heard him and said so we aren’t allowed to get a second opinion! He acted like it was totally wrong g of me!! Needless to say my husbayhad a few choice words and hung up! I’ve had previous work done there and although they are very slow there was never anyone who called me and acted like I was doing something wrong double checking my warranty! It’s an expensive repair and I didn’t really have the finances to cover the repairs without the warranty!
