Brought in my key fob after it broke, took a month to get

Brought in my key fob after it broke, took a month to get a new one, no one called us to tell us it had come in, went to pick it up and they told us they would have to program it so we made an appt to come back. Showed up at 1 pm day of our appt, at 2:15 they told us the key fob was lost they would have to get another one from another dealership, said it should only take 15 min, finally at 3:45 they said the key fob would be there in 5 min. Key fob finally arrives around 4 and they programmed it, finally left around 4:30. No one would fess up what happened to the original key fob from the week before, all the parts guys just kept passing the buck on to another person. Horrible customer service. Will never return for anything.
