Very disappointed!
Very disappointed! I went in for an express oil change & my car was moved to the service line. The gentleman that pulled me in failed to communicate to have a ticket wrote up. I only noticed once I seen the cars behind me had been serviced. I arrived at 2:30pm & didn't leave until close to 5pm.

Rodney went went out of his way to accommodate our search, which we expected. We did not expect for him to spend his personal time after we left, to continue answering our questions and send us REAL TIME numbers allowing us to ultimately solidify our decision. Our vehicle search was simplified and streamlined working with him. We will be back!
