Quoted 1hr20min for an oil change, the woman letting me know was very kind. Ended up taking THREE hours. She supposedly went home sick, which is completely fine and understandable, but it seems once she left, the organization was poor. Pretty sure my van, and others, had been finished for quite some time, but no one came to let us know. They also didn’t seem to know who to appoint to her spot to take over as 3 or 4 others were just chatting away instead of taking over her position. Very frustrating.

Great communication. I have a suggestion. When someone drops their car off for repairs, only keep the car key. My car runs great! Thank you 😊

Very easy to buy, answered all questions to my satisfaction. They were very thorough about making sure I understood my vehicle. Especially George when we test drive, it's my first car with a touch screen.

We were having to unexpectedly replace a vehicle and went to York because their service department has taken such good care of us. We had the same excellent treatment in our purchase! Even as we went to our home with each vehicle to have our son load his very large standing bass into each vehicle until we found 1 that fit the bass and at least 3 people comfortably. York and Rodney made sure our purchase went thru smoothly as we were on a time crunch and had to return 2 days alter to finalize the purchase. I was able to arrive after work to everything being ready for me to sign. It went very smoothly. Rodney answered all of my insane questions and was VERY patient and kind. The whole sales department at York was very easy to work with and answered any and all questions. I would recommend York and Rodney to any of my friends and family.

I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and they said they did both but the tires were not rotated because I have one tire that is a different brand and it was in the same spot when I got home. Also I paid 5 grand for a warranty and they tried charging me $200 to replace a radiator hose but once we realized it was on warranty they told me I had to take it to a Fod Dealership for the repair. The girl that helped me was very polite and helpful though. She was the only bright spot
