My husband and I recently leased a 2023 Jeep Grand
My husband and I recently leased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Rodney and his team at York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Plainfield. The entire staff was kind and courteous to us, treating us like old friends and family from the moment we walked in. Rodney was extremely patient with my many questions and concerns about payments, being that we will be a single income household when I go to medical school. Rodney and the management team worked with us for over an hour to get the payments to a doable amount and put my worries at ease. Rodney's customer service was exceptional and his positive attitude and sense of humor made the process stress-free and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we took for a test drive. The waiting area was clean and provided a work area for me to use my laptop while we waited to do the paperwork. I'm certain we were there far beyond closing time, but we never felt rushed or unwelcome. They seemed to keep the whole building open for us. We love our new Jeep and will refer everyone we know to Rodney and his team at York Plainfield.

Steve explained everything being done to my Jeep
Steve explained everything being done to my Jeep including a cost estimate and why there wasn’t coverage under my MOPAR extended warranty. The repair cost was less than estimated and so far my Jeep seems fine after the repair. I appreciated the valet service. Good job!
