Purchased a new ,2022, Ram 5500 in Dec.

Purchased a new ,2022, Ram 5500 in Dec. 2022. In May with 7,000 miles it lost all forward gears. Had it towed to York where it took 6 weeks to get repaired.

They had my van for 11 weeks.

They had my van for 11 weeks. Very little communication unless I contacted them. Once they finally started working on it, it was done within a week. I realize they had to work with the warranty. But during the 11 weeks I had three different people in charge of my van because people kept quitting the company. I went 4 weeks with no communication at all until I called them, and they’re like oh the warranty just got approved yesterday. Very coincidental! Overall, the customer service slow. Except when the keys to my loaner car got locked into the car. Then they were able to help me very quickly. But working on my van took forever. It would’ve been better if I had more communication from their side instead of me constantly having to contact them.

I feel like you we very friendly and honest with me I looked over all the paper work and numbers involved in our trade, all was in order. Everyone had their job and did it well. Rodney did everything possible to work as well as it could. The way he runs around that place the dealership will need to buy him some running shoes for Christmas. 👌
