This dealership is the greatest dealership it is my 3rd car in 3 years Anthony is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Anthony deserves a raise. Usually always dread going to the dealer but this was the easiest car transaction ever. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were happy even came out to the car to show us all the new things and how to use everything in the car. The best part about all this is we got the best deal in town. Couple of my colleagues got the same car and in my opinion are getting ripped off they went to Golling and Southfield don't waste your time come see Anthony for the best service and the best deal.

This was a wonderful experience at Shuman Jeep in Walled Lake. This was my first Jeep and I had a great experience. I've never had a good experience at a dealership; I feel the customer service and experience is lacking at most dealerships now a days. I didn't feel that way at all at Shuman. Tim Dalsasso was professional, kind, informative and helpful to a first time, never owned a Jeep, person who knows nothing about cars. Tim and Bob have made a long time customer out of me and my wife. At the end of the experience, Chris Quackenbush was very helpful with signing all the paperwork and properly explanning all my opinions before departing. Moreover, I had my children with me during the experience; everyone at the dealership was so helpful in watching them while making my purchase.
