20 + Years, The Complete Package

My family, Wife Mary, Daughter Sara, Son Adam & myself have been in association with Bob Shuman's family as customers for over twenty years. In this time we have experienced the complete package of superior dealership services and products in a positive, honest and caring environment. I believe this environment is the result of being treated with respect and courtesy by my knowledgeable and patient sales person Vincent Rossi and service representative Mike Weinstein. I can't leave out saying the humor and welcoming attitude of the owner, Robert Shuman, only adds to this dealership's amiable atmosphere.

oil change

on my way home from working the late shift and noticed I was over due for an oil change. Stopped by to drop off my car for the day and get a ride home since there was no early openings. they took my car in and before I could get in the shuttle my car was ready to go. Thanks Mike Weinstien in service and Eric K the Tech for making my day brighter and stress free by getting my car done so fast.

Service is necessary

I bought my 08 Town & Country from Shuman in 08. Very happy with it. 125,000 miles service and repairs becomes necessary. We don't often like the news but the service advisor need to delivery it. I have always asked for Mike Weinstein. Last visit I called in advance to have a part replaced. He checked for part in stock and gave me a verbal quote of $160. I brought car in and signed up for $160 part replacement. Upon inspection he and tech determined issue could be repaired for $36. Done in one hour. That's honesty and that is service!

So convenient, great deal, and excellent service

Amy reached out to me 6 months before my lease was due. It wasn’t even something I considered, at least not in Dec and around the holidays. I was busy with work, prepping for Xmas, and didn’t have time to talk about my lease or drive to commerce. Amy was great, she was patient, understanding and attentive. Best of all, she was willing to work with me through email. I never made it out to Shuman, or did a test drive. My new Jeep was dropped off at my house! This might not be the ideal scenario for everyone, but if you’re busy and every hour of your day is booked, then you can’t beat the convenience.

lease of 2018 chrysler pacifica

we had a perfect lease experience. everyone at the dealership was professional and we went through the process without difficulty. this is especially true for joe ziegler and joe nicles who made it possible for us to get more than we wanted at a price within our budget.

2018 Pacifica

2017 Dodge Journey

Nick Del Sasso was Amazing! He made my first car lease a great experience! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped what I thought was going to be a stressful experience become the exact opposite. great experience

I just leased my second Jeep Cherokee from Shuman. My salesperson, Tim Delsasso, was great. It was so easy to get this done. Tim knows his products and was genuinely interested in making sure I got the best vehicle for my needs and got a good deal. I really like the vehicle.
