Nick was excellent to work with. Laid back and not pushy at all. He helped out with everything he could over the phone and email. Definitely made an impression.

Car Repair

Brought my Dodge Durango in for service (water pump) They took care of everything quickly and made sure I would be all set with a rental. They worked so promptly I didn’t need a rental and my car was done by 530pm. Took it in around 10am. I was sure that I wouldn’t have it before the holidays so it was stressful! Not here, they were quick and awesome! Thank you dodge!

Excellent service

Kurt went above and beyond expectations to help us choose the features we wanted on our new vehicle and to make sure it arrived in the time frame we needed. He was easy to reach and talk to and always answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. I would (and already have) recommend Kurt and Shuman highly. We absolutely love our new Hybrid Pacifica!

Brake light bulb replacement

On December 18, 2017, someone at the Kroger's parking lot in Novi alerted me that my right rear brake light was not working. I called the dealership Service Department at 3:00 p.m. and they took me in at 4:00 p.m.. They were very busy and squeezed me in. Dean Decker, Service Advisor, met me as soon I drove in the Service Department. He assessed the problem, told me the cost and took care of it. I have always had my Chrysler Sebring 2010 serviced there since I purchased it there. Mike, my original Service Advisor, was also there taking care another costumer. As I was in the Waiting Room, a high school group was playing Christmas music to the delight of the costumers and the dealership staff. Carmelo Greco

This was the best experience

Great rrsponse during walk in visit for service

These guys always try and get your issue resolved ASAP. Had issue with broken spray for windshield fluid. They had the part and were able to get to it same day. Nephew had to drive back to University first thing Monday so needed it done Friday,. They made it happen. Not a big dollar repair for them but huge for us.

Great Service

Service is great. Dean Decker keep in informed and provided me with loaner while my repair was being completed. Mike in the Service area was also very helpful when Dean was with other customers.

Efficient and Accomodating

I came in without an appointment and explained to Mike what was happening with my Jeep. He listened to what I had to say and quickly worked to help me out and get me on my way. A very helpful and friendly team they have here, and an overall great experience!
