Tim Dalsasso was awesome to work with! To accommodate my crazy schedule, he was willing to negotiate and set up the deal via email. By the time I made it to the dealership, all I had to do was sign some paperwork and drive away with my new, beautiful vehicle. And on top of that, he got me a great deal!

Fast, professional, honest
Chris Graham and Erik E. got my truck window (Driver's side window came detached after trying to roll it down while frozen). It was fixed in at 10 and out by 12:30... approx... Nice job, guys. Thanks for saving me some cold a$$ driving around in freezing temps with no window.

Great car buying experience!

The service team team at Shuman is amazing! They go above and beyond to provide a great experience with quick and accurate service! Last time I brought my Jeep, Mike at the service desk even remembered my name! Got my car serviced and out the door in about an hour when I thought I would be without a car all day!! Made Things Happen
I previously traded in a non-Chrysler lease vehicle and the salesman I dealt with made a big mistake. I dealt with Nick D this time and they more then made up for my previous bad interactions. Nick made us feel zero pressure and present all options to us. He stuck to his word every step of the way. We ended getting two new cars! We will be back and will be looking for Nick D next time we are back.
