Awesome Experience

The lease was up on my current Jeep and the dealership I used to go to was no longer there. I have been hearing Shuman commercials on the radio for years so thought I would give it a try and the whole experience from start to finish was the best I've ever had! (I'm not getting any younger so have had many cars). Tim, the salesperson who helped me, was great - he listened to everything I had to say regarding price, features etc and had all the paperwork ready for me coming in. After a couple of test drives (this is a MUST!) I settled on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Latitude! NOT what I started out looking at - but now I've had it for 24 hours I absolutely love it and its the nicest car I have ever owned (at a price affordable to me and my family) . I would definitely recommend Shuman - and if you get the chance - ask for Tim!

Amazing Service

As usual, Mike Yezak, Justin Davis and the rest of the team at Shuman worked incredibly hard to get me into a new Grand Cherokee. The process was painless and quick and I was very appreciative of their help, especially catering to my 4 and 6 year old during the signing process!

Always Good Work

Came in for a recall update, an oil change and a non-functioning Cruise Control/Adaptive Speed Control issue for my 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland Summit that I purchased used w/addition purchased warranty, from Shuman in late Spring this year. During the oil change, a fluid leak was discovered in the steering rack. The CC/ASC module was found to be faulty as well. The rack and the module repairs were $4000.00. Upon inspection by warranty specialists, the rack and module were replaced free of charge. Thank you Jesus! Eric Ekland, the Shuman Technician who made all repairs, spoke with me per my request at the conclusion of the job and thoroughly went over all the work that he had performed. I have worked in the Automotive field since a young teenager (now 59). I currently work in Automotive R&D but worked previously for many years as a mechanic. One of the hardest things for me to do is to turn my vehicle over to another set of hands to address issue that I could usually take care of myself. I am a technical perfectionist and a bit of a dealership skeptic The Rack replacement is a big job requiring substantial disassembly to the front suspension and drive-train cradle to facilitate access. There is a lot of things that need to back together correctly for a successful repair outcome. After Speaking with Erik, I am confident that he possesses all the necessary talents and customer service attributes for providing me with peace of mind that my vehicle was repaired correctly. I requested to Erik that he be the only technician to work on my vehicle for any future repairs at Shuman. The best thing about Shuman Dodge Jeep Ram for me is the emphasis they place on relationship building. From Mr. Shuman, Mr. Zeigler, the Service Staff all the way to the lady who answers the phone, they all have been wonderful and helpful; this is why I come back. Lastly: A few words about a young man named Hunter. Hunter is a teenage Apprentice Technician and Porter/Shuttle Driver at Shuman. Hunter reminds me much of my youthful self years ago when I wore the moniker of "Gearhead" proudly. While being shuttled by Hunter we talked at length about cars, growing up young today, original Hemi Cuda's vs. Hellcats, to name just a few. Hunter embodies having the greatest internal gifts (sorely missing in todays youth) needed to carry him into an automotive career (or any career for that matter); interest, initiative, excitement and enthusiasm. Somebody get that boy a Mentor and train him well! Thank you Shuman Matthew Lindauer

Always a pleasure

This is my second lease with Shuman. I just turned in my 2015 Town & Country and moved into a 2018 Pacifica. Not only were they great about getting me into the car I needed, they made the process simple, clear, and pleasant. They also didn't mind my three kids hanging out during the process. Whenever I've been at service (and I only come to the dealer for service), it's been wonderful and quick.

Sales Done Right

This is the second time I have gone to Shuman for a lease, and there's a reason I keep going back. Justin Davis has continued to give me the best deal and get me in the vehicle I want at a competitive price. He was willing to accept a schedule that fit around my timeframe, and even stayed after the dealership was closed to finalize the deal. I love my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee Overland, especially that it fits my budget. Justin, and everyone at Shuman including the Finance team and Service Specialists are easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with. Why bother going anywhere else for your Chrysler/Dodge/Cheep/Ram needs?

Excellent service.

Stopped into the service garage to have my tires checked after the cold weather came upon us and Dean was quick to greet me and asked how he could help. Instead of calling a mechanic to assist me, Dean immediately grabbed the the air compressor and inflated the tire that I was concerned about. He also checked the other three tires and added air to them. I was in and out of the garage with in minutes. Dean also added that I can come back anytime to have air added to my tires at any time. Thank you Dean for your service and looking out for me.
