Remarkable

Derrick Munson did a great job with assisting me to get into a vehicle. He took the time to review my options and stayed within the budget that I had in mind. There were no sales gimmicks involved or pressure to choose a vehicle. He was very accommodating and always remained professional. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I left with a peace of mind and a price that I could afford.

We are pleased with Anthony work and the great deal he gave us on our new charger lease. We are very happy the managers worked with us to getting a great deal this will be our 2nd lease from shuman in the past 2 months we also got a Dodge Ram last month and we also got a great deal from Anthony go see him for a great deal!

Repai passenger window

Chris Graham & Eric E tech, they took care of repairing the passenger window which was not working it took almost 12 hours between leave the car and next day take it back. Chris is high qualified and efficient professional it was really an excellent experience I appreciate the way that he take care of Shuman customers. Awesome Service!

When we first walked into Shuman's no one approached us, which we really liked. We didn't feel attacked by salespeople. No hard pressure! We asked another salesperson to help us, but he said he had an appointment and directed us to Nick Delsasso! We are so glad it work out that way. He was very helpful, never made us feel like we didn't know what we were doing. It had been 10 years since we had looked for a new car. Things have changed drastically since then, but we Nick made us feel comfortable in our pursuit. He was beyond helpful, courteous and kind. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. Our experience was terrific!! The finance guy who finalized the paper work (don't remember his name) was awesome as well.

Courteous, no-nonsense transaction, excellent service

Knew that I needed a different vehicle going into this winter, and I knew my vehicle preferences, and price range. Talked first with Nick over the phone, then met once to get the deal done. From the get-go, I felt Nick was transparent about his side of the transaction as well, and that he worked to get me what I wanted within my budget. This was a Costco Membership referral, and Shuman is about 55 miles from my home, but it was worth it. Because of the distance, and my schedule, a Shuman driver delivered the vehicle to my door, then drove away my trade. Including the on-line credit app and completing a lot of the paperwork via text and e-mail, plus a great price, Nick made it easy for me to get a new vehicle.

Outstanding Car Buying Experience

I had spoken to Justin a handful of times on the phone over the last six months and just wasn't ready to purchase. Yet, every time I called, he was very patient and helpful. Finally, last week, I decided to buy. As a nurse, ordinarily, I hate the car buying experience as much as most people hate hospitals, and I told Justin so. The whole deal took under three hours, including the trade in! I would highly recommend buying a car from Shuman, and more specifically from Justin!!!

Service

We have had a great track record with Shuman Chrysler Jeep. Chris Graham in the service department went above and beyond to help us with a situation with our 2014 Chrysler 200 when it had an issue with the oil filter housing. We had kids home from college and needed the car back quickly. Chris got the car in for us earlier than expected, had it quickly diagnosed and back to us within 24 hours. He fought for us on warranty approval taking into consideration we are on our 12th straight Chrysler product and we came to a fair agreement. I was very impressed how Chris handled himself on the phone explaining the point of view of the dealer and the Chrysler perspective while still listening to my point of view. Great job Chris and we will continue to consider Shuman our go to dealer and FCA our go to product line.

Derrick Munson did a great job!

Called before closing Wednesday. Mr. Munson set up appointment for 9am the next morning. Derrick was patient, friendly and kind. He listened to the needs of my mother and gave her more than what she expected her budget would allow. She is a widow on a fixed income that was treated like a queen with a kingdom. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I will tell my loved ones to seek him out!
