Shuman is the only dealership we've purchased multiple vehicles from. Joe Nicles is the only salesman that we've dealt with more than once. He's a very down to earth guy. My wife and I really feel at ease, when going through the car buying process. Chris the sales manager was also easy to deal with. He explained everything well and didn't pressure us when discussing extended warranty items. We have and will continue to recommend Shuman.

Dealership and salesman were very helpful and did not push anything on to me. I could tell that the salesman was genuinely looking to get me the best deal he possibly could. Great experience would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car or even anyone just speculating.

Dealer Survice review
What a pleasant surprise. The Service advisor approached me with a smile and asked me my problem. He wrote it up and said it would be done later in the day or tomorrow morning. He arranged for transportation to my home...he delivered on his promises, for it was ready for me to pick up late afternoon and was repaired properly.

Oil Change
There is never a problem getting an appointment with Shuman Motors. My husband and I keep on schedule with the recommended timetable. Today's tasks were oil change & tire rotation. Staff is always friendly.

Nick was the best ! He got us the best deal on the Chrylser Pacifica Limited model and he took care of everything for us. The entire process felt like a breeze. We would definitely refer our friends and family here for any of their future purchase.

Great service and great people!
The employees are very polite and the prices are reasonable. The service is fast and reliable. They even tell me problems I didn't know I had with my car when I came in for a completely different reason. I'm never disappointed when I go there.
