Had my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked the Service Advisor to have the technician check the front brake pads. With 71,000 miles and having never changed the brakes, I was certain they would need to be changed. Dean Decker, my Service Advisor, came and told me that the brake pads were fine and still weren't at the depth where they needed to be changed. Very honest and a very nice surprise for my budget. 5 Stars!

Last week I ran over something and got a flat tire. I was about a mile away from the dealership and called to ask if I could get a new tire. They were a few hours from closing and the service team was booked solid do it was not going to happen that day. When I got to the service bay, Dean Decker took a look at my tire and was able to find one in stock, get it put on and I was back on the road before the service dept closed for the day! Dean was a huge help - thank you!

Amy Louma was a pleasure to work with and provided many options for me to choose from. She found exactly what I wanted and was able to quickly get it ready for me. I was especially impressed by how quickly the process went. Shuman has really taken advantage of technology and it was great to be in and out with my new Jeep so fast. I spoke with someone over the internet looking into getting a night Addition Ram and they told me someone would call me soon Anthony was awesome he called me not to long after I spoke with someone and got me out of my Silverado of 2 payments early and put me into the truck i been wanting for awhile. He also kept up with calling me for 3 days making sure he could get me the best payment possible to my budget I appreciate all his hard work that he did for me and I recommend to go see Anthony for a great deal!
